1. Can I Change My Bike After Ordering?  

• Before shipment: You can change the model or style of your bike for free—no additional charges apply.

• After shipment:

  • If you purchased insurance, the exchange is still free.

  • Unless we have sent the wrong item or the product is damaged, all returns due to subjective reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction or change of mind) will require the customer to cover the return shipping costs. 

• After delivery: Once the goods have been signed for, shipping insurance will no longer be valid. Cancellations for reasons other than quality or shipping issues will require the customer to cover the return shipping costs.

 2. What If the Bike I Ordered Is Out of Stock?  

If the bike you originally ordered becomes unavailable, we recommend the following:

1. Choose a different color of the same model (if available);

2. Or consider switching to a different size.

In any case, please contact our customer service first to confirm stock availability before making a change. This ensures your replacement bike is ready to ship.

After receiving your request, we will respond promptly and guide you through the necessary steps:

1. Attempt to intercept the original shipment (if already sent);

2. Confirm the new bike’s availability;

3. Ship the replacement bike and send you an updated tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery.
